The field of I-O Psychology can be a nice complement to a business degree, and many business majors often find it to be a good path for them as they enter the workforce. I-O Psychology is currently one of the fastest growing career fields, with growth projections well above average. Master’s degree earners in the field often find positions in a variety of industries in human resources, consulting, and senior management roles, and I-O graduates are in high demand. Those with backgrounds in both business and psychology can be even more attractive to potential employers looking for this unique combination of skillsets.
