Marketing & Social Media Internship – Pediatric Healthcare (Paid)

Northern Virginia (Hybrid: in person + remote)

Internship Term:
Summer or Fall 2025
Approximately 10–15 hours per week
Paid hourly or stipend (issued upon successful completion)

Who Should Apply:
Junior or Senior undergraduate students majoring in:

  • Marketing
  • Communications
  • Digital Media
  • Public Relations or similar fields

Internship Overview:
Join a fast-growing pediatric healthcare group and gain hands-on experience in real-world marketing. Interns will support both in person and digital efforts to reach local families, promote health education, and grow our patient community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create short form video and photo content during clinic events
  • Design and schedule social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Write copy for email campaigns, press releases, and event promotions
  • Help organize and promote local events and partnerships
  • Track engagement and compile simple reports on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the leadership and marketing team weekly

Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Social media fluency (especially short form video trends)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Interest in healthcare, pediatrics, or community outreach is a plus
