Biography
Brian Grindall practices law with the law firm of Tenenbaum & Saas, P.C. He practices in the areas of commercial real estate acquisition, development, financing, leasing and related corporate governance. His practice includes the representation of real estate developers, construction companies, real estate investment trusts, lenders, owners and investors relating to such real estate activities as buying, selling, developing, financing and leasing of office buildings, shopping centers, residential buildings, hotels, industrial buildings and mixed-use projects. In addition, Grindall has a substantial amount of experience representing lenders, borrowers and acquiring parties in the work-out and bankruptcy stages of distressed real estate asset transactions.
Grindall previously served as general counsel to a national commercial real estate developer. In this capacity, he oversaw general operations as well as investment and development activities associated with a portfolio of office, industrial, retail and residential real estate development projects through-out the Mid-Atlantic region ranging from New Jersey to Virginia.
