Spring 2023 registration is quickly approaching. These are the registration priority dates for the current registration term: Spring 2023 November 1, 2022: Graduate Students November 3, 2022: Seniors (90+ hours earned) November 7, 2022: Juniors (60-89 hours earned) November 9, 2022: Sophomores and All Non-Degree ADVANCE Students (30-59 hours earned) November 11 2022: Freshmen (0-29 hours earned) January 4, 2022: Non-Degree Undergraduate Students During the registration periods, the School of Business advising team will offer peak advising times which will require adjustments to our advising services in order to accommodate as many students as possible. Click here to join virtual drop ins and/or schedule an advising appointments. Peak Advising Hours will be as follows: Peak Advising will be held from Monday, October 31 through Friday, November 11. School of Business Wellness Wednesday - Coloring with Kindness. Join us for a destress coloring session on Wednesday, November 16 from 1-2pm in Enterprise Hall 017.

The Office of Student Success and Academic Services will open at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 25 to allow for a faculty and staff Town Hall event. There will be no morning advising hours available. Afternoon Drop-in Advising hours will be available from 1-4pm.

The BUS/MGMT 325 course for the spring 2023 semester has been cancelled.

The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is a widely recognized and respected credential held by finance professionals. Earning (or working towards) a CFA charter is an effective way to signal to employers, colleagues, and clients that you have a solid foundation in advanced investment, analysis, and real-world portfolio management skills. Several members of the CFA community will be holding an information session on Wednesday, November 2, 5:00 – 6:00 pm. that students are strongly encouraged to attend. 

The Financial Planning and Wealth Management (FPWM) special topics BUS 491 course is cancelled for spring 2023.

The Pi Sigma chapter for Alpha Kappa Psi's (AKPSI) Professional Co-ed Business fraternity at George Mason University is promoting a GoFund me in support of the Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC. The AKPSI chapter will use the donations raised to buy new arts and crafts supplies for the patients.
